Julio Cesar Duran
Writer and film critic born in Mexico City, graduated from the Faculty of Arts of UNAM. He founded the online magazine F.I.L.M.E. in 2011, in which he is, to date, one of the publishers, and has worked in various media, both printed and electronic, writing articles about films, music and news. He currently works in the Directorate of Publications and Media of CINETECA NACIONAL.
